Update

Yesterday I got our apartment all lined up. They will have it ready Feb 5, so we will have a week to move all of our stuff before closing on our house on the 15th. It is going to be an adventure living in a one bedroom townhouse with the puppies. We have been so spoiled with our fence...now we'll have to take them out on a leash to potty and get in a habit of walking them since they can't run freely...especially Kala.
I must say it is a little emotional thinking about leaving our first home. We put so much love and labor in it to make it just how we wanted it, and we have good memories in our first home. We will also miss our neighbors, but this is all just a step in life I suppose.
I got a storage unit for just about everything in our house, and we took a load last night to help clear out the house so we can have more room to roam as we pack.
We also had our plan review for the new house yesterday. I was a little concerned about the size of our backyard at first but they assure me that our lot is as big as the other ones in the neighborhood, our house just takes up a little more space than some of the other houses. Everything else about the house is beautiful and we are so ready to see the finished product. We got an unofficial closing day of June 3...I can't wait!
We feel so incredibly blessed and undeserving of His goodness in our lives!
