Saturday we had a showing on our house and much to our surprise, they put an offer in on Monday morning. We countered back and forth all week and last night they accepted our offer!! God is soo good! Our house has been on the market 2 weeks yesterday...in this market it seems unbelievable that our house would sell at all but in 2 weeks...craziness! God is so good!!!! We close on ~Feb. 15th so I was packing this morning and with everything I packed I would stand in amazement at His goodness. I cannot comprehend his goodness especially in my life. When I think of His goodness I am so convicted, because I know my life isn't what it should be. I know He is not always center of my life and numero uno in our marriage, but yet He continues to bless us. My prayer is that I will be able to sing His praises and stand in amazement at His goodness when things don't seem to be going as well as they are right now. Wow! God is so good!
We are moving into an apartment after closing until our house is built, which will be sometime late May or early June. We picked out all of the design features Tuesday night. It went unbelievably smooth. We seemed to agree on every detail from stone and brick choices on the exterior to cabinet and flooring color on the interior. We were in and out in about 2.5-3 hours...and if you know us that seems unrealistic. It takes us longer some evenings to decide what we want to eat for dinner! We go back on Thursday to make sure that we still like our selections and then they will start building the house the following week.

Yay! That's sooo exciting! I can't wait to see you guys' new house :)
That is so much fun. You guys have had some amazing experiences together in your short marriage. Brian and I have now purchased the same number of residences as you and we've been married 13 years. Come to think of it, when you move from this apartment, you will have officially occupied more homes than us! :)
