We have had an offer on the house that we will most likely accept. They are paying cash which means a guaranteed closing, no shinanigans like last time with a lender not loaning after 2 months of waiting. The buyers want to be in April 1st and there is no negotiating this issue.
So we are contemplating where to go from here. No apartment or house will sign a lease less than 6 months and most don't allow children (well, I mean our children). Our house will be finished (weather permitting) the first of June so we really only need a place for 2 months. We feel so blessed to sell our house and we are trusting God in this situation. Please pray for us as we look for a place to lay our head.
