No Foolin'!

We are having a precious little girl!! I told EJ about 2-3 weeks ago that I just knew we were having a girl. Ninety eight percent of people said they thought we were going to have a boy, even the nurses in the office thought I was having a boy. Momma just knew though.
Today we saw her little heart beating at 144 bpm. We saw her sweet little hands covering her face for most of the ultrasound...apparently she's a little shy ;). It was so amazing seeing her arms and legs and kidneys and spine and precious face. I can't wait to meet her!!!
As soon as we left the office we started making our calls and of course since it's april fools day we told everybody it was twins...a boy and a girl.
I sent out a bunch of texts to friends and everyone of them fell for it. Here are some of the best reaction stories from our day of foolin'.
My papaw is a prankster himself so I figured he would pick up on it right away, but he didn't realize it was April fools day). He was so excited squealing and hollering. He said "OOOOO! Lordy Mercy! I never would have dreamed! OOOOO! I can't believe it!" Then I told him April fools and he said "You meanie! If you were here I'd spank you!" Hahaha...classic!
My oldest brother was like oh my gosh that's awesome! One of each! That's so cool! Then I told him AF and he said "BOOOO!!".
EJ's sister I got the best though. She has been saving her little girls clothes for us (and they are the CUTEST!) so I told her to sit down and I said "Well, it's a good thing that we have all Meg's clothes..." To which she replied "EEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!" Then I said "but we're gonna need for you to start saving Connor's clothes too." To which she replied "SHUT UP!! AAAAAAHHHH!!! OH MY GOSH!!! EEEEEEEEEEE!!!" She continued screaming for about 30 more seconds and I said AF! She was so mad!! Hahaha...she didn't even realize it was April 1st. But she was so pumped that we get to use all of Meg's clothes now.
We also posted on f*cebook that we were having twins and we got so many comments congratulating us. Haha! But the funniest ones were from my friends that are twins...we had them hook, line, and sinker.
I know...we are terrible and our children will probably play mean tricks on us for that but we had fun.
Our internet at the house still isn't hooked up so I can't post the ultrasound pictures yet but I will asap.
